Italian Style Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 cups saltines, crushed
1 1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian-style seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup butter, melted
4 pork chops
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pork chops on foil lined baking sheet for easy clean up.
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
Mix well, then generously top each pork chop with mixture.
Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
